There are no new additions in the two or three-star categories but in the one-star category Michelin has awarded this accolade to 14 restaurants: 10 in England (of which 6 in London), 2 in Scotland and 2 in Wales. Among the new entries are Nathan Outlaw's 'Outlaw's Fish Kitchen' in Port Isaac, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table at Bubbledogs, Jason Atherton's City Social, The Clove Club, Barrafina (Soho) and Fera at Claridge's, all located in London. Fera at Clardige's, which opened in May of this year, is Simon Rogan's new London restaurant at Claridge's Hotel in Mayfair.

In the 2015 guide fourteen restaurants have lost a star, including Nobu Matsuhisa's two London restaurants, Nobu and Nobu Berkeley Street (see full list below); the number of one-star restaurants in the Great Britain & Ireland guide therefore remains stable at 142. The number of two-star restaurants also remains unchanged at 21.
Heston Blumenthal's three-star restaurant The Fat Duck in Bray is still featured in the 2015 guide, even though it was announced earlier this year that the restaurant will temporarily be relocating to Melbourne, Australia in 2015, for a 6-month pop-up.
The number of three-star restaurants in the UK therefore still stands at four, the others being: Gordon Ramsay Royal Hospital Road, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester in London and the Waterside Inn in Bray-on-Thames.
The number of Bib Gourmands shows a small increase in the 2015 guide. In the Bib Gourmand category (3 courses for £28, €40 in Ireland) Michelin has awarded 26 restaurants this accolade, taking the the total number of Bib Gourmands in this guide to 155 (143 in the 2014 guide).
